We focus on two distinct markets:

READY TO GO talent: recruiting experienced yet fresh, “new to the city” individuals in need of not only industry personal management and open doors, but also city acclimation assistance. For these clients we provide housing assistance, rehearsal space, discounted fitness, administrative and community support.

SLOW AND STEADY talent: guiding young, green, natural talent individuals from afar. Helping with industry familiarity with gradual immersion via sponsored visits to NYC, career path recommendations and industry confidence-building. We ensure that all of our talent be prepared, polished, grounded and accessible before they meet you. We don’t mind putting in plenty of “out of the office” time because we are energized by the entertainment industry, specifically passionate about each of our talent and eager to make connections happen for all involved.

As always, SHOCKra strives to create an unintimidating atmosphere where individuals can feel at home in traditionally overwhelming environments in order to focus on developing and honing their individual gifts.
